A facade refresh and small addition to a 1,000 square foot 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home for a family of 4. We added less than 400 square feet to gain a better sense of entry along with a dining banquet/nook at the front and then reconfigured the rear to gain a full primary suite with a bath and walk-in closet.
